My Philosophy
At the heart of my work is the belief that we are all in a process of becoming, and that this process is sacred.
I do not use astrology as a system of prediction, but rather as a language of reflection and revelation, a mirror that helps us see ourselves more clearly, lovingly, and truthfully. When used with care, it becomes a powerful tool for healing, insight, and integration.
My approach is deeply interdisciplinary, weaving together threads from transpersonal psychology, archetypal studies, somatic wisdom, women’s studies, anatomy, education, and yoga philosophy.
Transpersonal psychology, at its core, is the study of what helps us grow beyond the ego, what nurtures the healthiest, most whole aspects of ourselves. It asks us to explore healing not only as something we do, but as something we become, through connection to the body, the soul, and something greater than ourselves.
I believe transformation is cyclical, not linear. I trust in the intelligence of the body and the mystery of the soul. And I know that real healing happens when insight is given space to land, when it can be felt, digested, and lived.
This is the lens I bring to every chart, every conversation, every offering: a blend of curiosity, reverence, and grounded wisdom, all in service of helping you feel more at home in yourself and your life.
